We’re proudly based in Sydney, Australia, celebrating queer culture and creative expression from our sunny corner of the world.

What products do you offer?

Flamingay offers colourful LGBTQIA+ pride clothing, queer jewellery, inclusive gifts and playful pet accessories — all designed to let your true colours shine.

How do I care for my items?

Each product includes care instructions on its listing page. Simply check the drop-down menu under the “Add to Bag” button for washing and fabric details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide so you can wear your pride wherever you live.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by country. Most items generally arrive within 3 weeks. Flamingay can't guarantee delivery dates as couriers or custom may effect it (but its rare they hold anything up).

How much is shipping?

Flamingay is proud to offer free shipping on all items.

Can I return or exchange items?

Absolutely. Contact us within 14 days for returns or exchanges (excluding custom items). Customers are responsible for return postage.

Are your sizes true to fit?

Yes — our pride clothing runs true to size, but we also include detailed size charts on every product page so you can find your perfect fit.

Do you offer plus-size options?

We believe pride should fit everybody. Many of our clothing items are available in extended sizes. If you’re unsure, just send us a message.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Often, yes! Popular items are restocked regularly. If something you love is out of stock, reach out and we’ll let you know when it’s returning.

Some products can be personalised depending on the design. Contact us if you have a custom idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I customise an item?

Will my order arrive discreetly?

Yes — we ship all orders in plain, discreet packaging so you can shop comfortably and confidently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment options. All transactions are protected with encrypted checkout.
